China Chowdown 2011

"walk THIS way"

As some of you may or may not know, we are gearing up and preparing for our upcoming culinary travels in China. We will be studying at the Sichuan Higher Institute of Cuisine for two weeks and eating our way through Hong Kong and Macau for one.  Throughout our time there we will be eating, cooking, staging and exploring the various facets of China’s immense culinary culture and food scene. We encourage you, our loyal followers to keep up with us via our blog.  Here we will be posting pictures, ideas and snippets chronicling our delicious adventure. Here is the best part … you can get a taste of our journey when we return in April. So come along!
